This chili is super easy to make- I prefer to use ground turkey but you can use any protein you'd prefer. It's a great go-to on a cold day.
What is needed:
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet of chili seasoning mix
1 15 oz can of black beans
1 15 oz can of kidney beans
1 8.75 oz can of whole kernel corn
1 10 oz can of diced tomatoes & green chilies
1/2 cup of water
toppings of choice: I used Monterey Jack cheese, Fritos and some plain Greek yogurt
Heat up skillet and add the ground turkey.
Cook the ground turkey until it's white.
Add chili seasoning and water.
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer until ready.
Add toppings of choice.
