Have you heard of Tailwind Tribes? I LOVE using Tailwind Tribes.

Tailwind Tribes are similar to a group board on Pinterest but better. It's more exclusive, you have to be invited or have a special link invitation to join and you're able to connect with other marketers, bloggers, etc. within your niche.

Everything that you do online should be intentional and strategic with growing your audience online. Every social media post, every blog post, and etc.

I only look at these numbers EVERY 30 days. Don't overwhelm yourself. It's very easy to get caught up in the numbers game, and while I do track my follower counts and email list numbers I AM MORE concerned with engagement.
