TubeBuddy:

TubeBuddy is a tool that I use for YouTube. It’s a google chrome extension with a lot of helpful tools. I am able to monitor my account, see how my tags are helping me rank on YouTube, find amazing royalty free background music for my videos, and so much more.

I’m on the Pro Plan which I bought as a lifetime deal a year ago and it is definitely worth it. Click here to grab a lifetime deal for TubeBuddy Pro for $40.

Adobe Premiere Pro:

I recently made the switch to Adobe Premiere Pro for editing my videos and I LOVE it. I had been using iMovie and Screenflow for the past couple of years but with Premiere Pro, I am able to do things like:

  • 🎬 Create video templates (so I’m not recreating the wheel each time I create a new video)

  • 🗣 Quickly edit sound so my sound levels are even. (Nothing is worse than having to constantly turn your volume up and down when watching videos!)

  • ✂️ Editing is a breeze especially with my logickeyboard skin and logickeyboard with all of the hot keys and this Palette Gear Expert kit! (Click here to see the photo.)

SmarterQueue:

SmarterQueue is a social media scheduler that I highly recommend. I use SmarterQueue for scheduling Facebook posts to my business page and Facebook group as well as Twitter. The main thing that I love about SmarterQueue is that the pricing is just right for my budget, it helps me save time by posting content when I want it to post so that I'm not spending time online all day.

When I first started blogging, I used Wordpress but with all of the different plugins, hiring people for coding.... I just needed something that was a little bit easier to manage. You don’t have to know how to code to set up your Squarespace website! I love the drag-and-drop features and overall clean look of my website. I can edit my site all by myself and don't ever need to pay extra money if something isn't working, and if I do need help Squarespace's customer support is AMAZING!

Trello:

Trello is an organizing tool for anyone who wants to keep lists all in one place. I used to be really into bullet journaling and while I still enjoy writing things down, Trello is now my go-to tool for task management. The best part about Trello is that it is free. I keep my weekly task list, editorial calendars, business workflows, YouTube scripts and so much more inside this tool.

ExpressVPN:

Do you ever feel like google is spying on you? You look at something on one site, then get on Facebook and see an ad to the first thing that you were looking at? Using a VPN (Virtual Personal Network) like ExpressVPN will help you search the web anonymously no matter where you are.

I love using ExpressVPN because it’s more reliable than other VPN networks. Other VPN servers wouldn’t work on some websites but I can still browse websites like Facebook, Amazon and more with ExpressVPN.
